Abstract
Milk thistle (Silybum marianum L. Gaertn., Asteraceae) is an annual or biennial, broadleaf plant native in North African and Mediterranean with highly valued medicinal properties. The active principle in S. marianumis silymarin; which is an isomeric mixture of flavonolignans is used in pharmaceutical industries. Silymarin is the most commonly used herbal product for chronic liver disease and may also be beneficial for reducing the chances for developing certain cancers. Due to a growing demand for silymarin, it is justifiable to investigate ways to optimized production of it. Spiny leaves and flowers of the Milk thistle make difficult traditional agriculture of this plant; also the total average daily air temperature from the formation of inflorescence shoots to the milk thistle harvest has a significant effect on silymarin content. Thus ‘In vitro’ culture of cells and tissues may offer an alternative for the production of silymarin. Efforts were carried out to isolate flavanolignans from cultured cells of S. marianum, after changes in the media composition and application of elicitors such as yeast extract, methyl jasmonate, PA etc that affected silymarin production.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine villagers’ lifestyle, their relationship with the forest, and their use from it in order to obtained villagers’ dependency. This determined the exploitation of the forest and the sustainability of villages due to the deforestation. It should be noted that villages have different destructions in a different geographical location. Villages were classified on the basis of socioeconomic situation with three factors: agriculture, fuel consumption, and livestock in the first step. The traditional management unit was studied in this study, because forest management unit is traditional in Zagros forests. The management unit groups that had similar height, slope, and orientation were classified in the next step. Rangeland, watershed, and forest management unit of country was compared with management unit of local people in this study. The orientation characteristic was considered as a variable in the process of study. The rate of reduction in forest cover was %0.04 in the study area on year that according to the public use of forest and the obtained figure from the reduction in forest cover it shows that forest density has reduced significantly in the area and forest density has been reduced by the public use of forest., forest area is also reduced following density reduction so the compensation will be very difficult. Also, the results of this study showed that destructive effects on livestock was greater than effects of other livelihood activities in terms of villagers’ fuel consumption and agriculture in the forest and rangeland.

Abstract
One of the factors that affect the immune system status and function is Physical activity. To find the response of cytokines to exercise, we examined the possible effects of an 8-week endurance training program on the serum levels of cytokines, including interleukin-2 and interleukin-4 in sedentary men. A total of 85 healthy young male volunteers were selected for this study. The training group followed a specific exercise protocol (running on a treadmill for 15-30 min at 50-70% maximal heart rate) for 8 weeks and the control group did not participate in any exercise program. Venous blood samples were collected 2 h before and 2 h after the exercise. Pair T test was used for statistical purposes. The serum levels of IL-2 and IL-4 were determined by ELISA. Non-significant (p>0.05) Increases were observed in the serum levels of IL-2 and IL-4, after the 8-week endurance training program. The findings of present study indicate that an 8-week endurance exercise may affect non-significantly the serum levels of some cytokines.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate and compare two methods of virtual education and traditional education on paramedical technicians’ applied skills in pre-hospital emergency. Current study was semi-experimental and it was carried out in 2014. The research samples were 80 paramedical technicians in pre-hospital emergency unit at Kerman Medical University. The participants were chosen through complete enumeration. Consequently they were put into two random groups of 40 and practical skills such as basic and advanced resuscitation triage and acquaintance with emergency facilities and correct transfer methods that are the base for emergency technicians’ job were taught. It showed that the difference of the grades’ mean in all theoretical subjects were meaningful. Using virtual education is recommended in paramedical technicians since it is student- centered and encourages constant activeness of the students in subjects such as triage that has a more theoretical aspect. This shows higher level of learning skills and abilities in workshops rather than virtual learning.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the mediating role of customers’ attitude on purchase intention of e-tickets. The research is developmental in terms of purpose and is a descriptive survey in terms of the nature. The population of this research is spectators of sports events. According to the infinity of the population, the sample was selected using random sampling based on Morgan table. Data collection was through library studies and also a standard questionnaire. Kolmogorov - Smirnov test was used to determine the normality of the population and Smart PLS was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that the attitude affects the ticket purchase intention, but it seems the attitude with a mediating role of other factors (perceived relative advantage, perceived compatibility, trust, perceived risk and perceived complexity), have a basic role on ticket purchase intention. Hence the clubs should always be watchful and careful about their interaction between themselves and their customers and with a clear understanding of customers' needs and values, provide goods and services via the internet in order to make them satisfied and trustful.

Patriarchy and Gender Performativity in Henrik Ibsen’s Hedda Gabler

195-203Full Text

Abstract
This essay considers sexual difference and gender performativity in Henrik Ibsen’s (1828 – 1906) Hedda Gabler (1890). Actually Ibsen criticizes the social condition of Norwegian society during the nineteenth century. Furthermore Ibsen’s plays concern fundamental values and rights of human beings. As a social reformer, he challenges social conventions that are at heart to personal development and liberty. His themes are universal freedom of speech, repression of women, the institution of marriage, business ethics, religion, education, and legislation. Through his plays, Ibsen shows that each human being has infinite worth. He shows that the patriarchal system in this play attacks women because the woman does not have an important role in family until she is marginalized and oppressed. This essay applies feminism by using sexuality, and the terms gender and feminine defined by Judith Butler (1956). Feminist theory aims at understanding the nature of inequality of women and focusing on gender politics, power relations and sexuality. It highlights the real life depictions in literature in the nineteenth century to show and criticize how women are oppressed and stereotyped, especially in literature, and underscores the drastic consequences of the unjust attitudes toward women. Patriarchy and phallocentrism can easily be seen in this play, i.e. a man is superior, intelligent, and strong, while a woman is inferior, passive and imperfect. Ibsen does not suggest the solutions to what was called ‘the women question,’ like problems that Hedda encounters in her family and society.
